Project Brotherhood Conversion

 

The objective of Operation Brotherhood Conversion is to recognize those troops that have attained 100% Brotherhood conversion in their troop over a period of one calendar year.

 

Requirements:

·   A troop must have all of their ordeals that are eligible for the Brotherhood honor complete it.

·   The troop will have one calendar year to make the 100% conversion.

·   If the troop does not make the conversion by the deadline (fall conclave) they will have to start over with the new eligible ordeal members.  This must also include the ones that did not receive the honor the year before.

·   Upon the completion of the 100% conversion factor that is listed above, the lodge will present to all of the Brotherhood and Vigil dues paid members in that troop a limited edition pocket flap.

·    If the troop receives the 100% conversion again the next year, then only the new Brotherhood members for that year will receive a limited-edition pocket flap.

·   The limited edition flap, will be only given out to a person once, they will not be for sale and the flap can be considered a one per lifetime.
