National Leadership Seminar (NLS)
|
NLS is a national level training session that is conducted many times each year by all of the OA
regions (Central, Northeastern, Southern, and Western), open only to those Arrowmen that they
serve. The Central Region has become well-known for it's outstanding quality weekend training
sessions. The event is a three-day leadership development course run by the Region Chief, his Advisers, and his training staff. NLS provides an in-depth look at leadership skills and techniques, and a look at how these skills can be applied in your role in the OA and in other aspects of your life. The seminar is usually held four times as year, in locations throughout the region. If you are interested in attending an NLS session, contact the Lodge Chief.
